Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at ALBOUGHAZSHOP. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The carpet must be in the original, unused condition and not altered in any way.
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging, which must be undamaged and intact.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Sale items.
  • Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotion.
  • Products returned beyond the specified 30-day window.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [contact information] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include any accessories, free gifts, or other items that came with your order. Please ensure the carpet is protected during shipping.
  3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number with the package.
  4. Send the package to our office in Rabat AGDAL via a trackable method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We will arrange a return and process a full refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different design or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
